You are fully responsible for the security of your username and password. cz349 recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the cz349 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed in your account, including approved local e-wallets and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in your account section and are subject to change.
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. Funds deposited via certain payment methods may only be withdrawn through the same method. cz349 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
- Cz349 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

- Deposits that have been used for wagering are not eligible for refunds.
